The Hair Step By Step.

The hair design step by step.

I wanted to create the look of tasselled hair and for this I knew that the 'future of 8' technique was going to work wonderfully. So here is how I created it.

Things you'll need: Brushed 

                               Section Clips

                               Straighteners

                               Hair pins

Take small sections of hair at a time

Apply the pin into the hair like so

Create the figure of 8 into the hair around the hair pin. ( this motion is in, out, back in then out again)

Once all the hair section is in the clip push up and hold tight.

Steam this section by holding hair straighteners over it for approx 30-50 seconds. This will hold the hair in place.

Do this to the full head of hair leave to cool and then take all the hair pins out. The effects afterwards with look like the picture below.
